I very quickly scanned your proposal, and frankly, I don’t see much improvement over the last version of the prospectus I just returned to you. I do see that you have added a lot of text, as in the introduction and background sections, but much of that new text is fairly incoherent. I even downloaded one of the sources you cited in the new text and reviewed it, and it was perfectly understandable — but, it seemed to me to have a very loose connection to virtual reality simulations, rather the source you cite almost exclusively in your introduction and background sections was focused on multi-user virtual environments. I’m sure that research on MUVEs can inform research on VR, but you need to locate your gap within the current VR research.
Another thing – the draft I saw still had some of the template instructions still imbedded, and the cover page was messed up. This kind of sloppy presentation is not acceptable even in draft form. Definitely clean that up before you submit.

Complete ch.2 begin at end of ch. 1 before the reference sections however in the “complete file attachment” ch 2 begins on page 26 with instructions, if it is easier complete ch 2 on the “complete file attachment” then transfer it to the ch. 1 document
