These are the points I would like discussed:
Respect from superiors. I feel i am happier and work harder when even the people above me respect my opinons and hardwork.
Work/Life balance. This is very important to me as i am starting a family. Working from home has been a blessing. I save money on gas and parking and transportation. Also, it has less stress involved by not have to go through traffic everyday. I can plan my day out much better this way. Also, I am home and can help my family out in case of an emergency.
Trust. Trust is different than repect to me. I need trust from everyone around me, especiialy my managers. i work much better when there is no micromanaging.
Please elaborate on the above for the discussion.
