For this assignment, I would like for you to briefly outline the main differences between the two views of the Constitution, as outline in Chapters 1 & 2 of your book. Following that, I would like you to pick one of the moments from Barak Obama and analyze it from the “two Constitutions” viewpoint. In doing so, I want you to ask yourself these questions: What should Obama have done according to the institutionalist Constitution? What should he have done according to the imagery Constitution? What did he do? Did he make the right decision? What are the consequences of his actions, according to these two viewpoints? The assessment of the decision can be summarized in Table 1.
