Locate a current article on estates in land or public/private restrictions on real estate ownership or use. All articles must address issues in Washington State. Source of the article can be

• Newspaper
• Magazine
• Internet

The article should be no older than six months. When you turn in your assignment, include a complete citation of the article in APA format.

Prepare a 1-2 page written assignment. This will include:

• A brief summary of article (1 paragraph)
• A description of which of the estates in land or the type of public/private restriction is addressed
• An analysis of what you believe will be the impact of the issue on the broader real estate market, how the parties might respond, etc. This can extend to a discussion of whether you believe the decision reported was appropriate.

Assignments will be submitted via the Assignment tool and should be double-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman type face, with 1 inch margins.
