Constitution Day is that one day of the year in which we as Americans pause to consider the contributions inherient in the Constitution to our Nation’s evolution. Although not often highly celebrated or even marked, I believe it provides opportunity for us to learn about one of the seminal occurences in our history — the framing and signing of our Constitution.
