The purpose of this assignment is for you to break down the layers of audio you hear in a given movie sequence.
Choose a Movie Scenes from Avengers: End Game and write a 1-2 page essay describing the sounds you hear (ie natural, unnatural, disjointed) in regards to the setting and what is going on around it. How does the audio break down? What do you hear? How many different sources of audio can you detect? How do you hear them, is it coming from the left or right speaker or both, and how does that change your perception of what you see?
Make sure to watch the movie scene with either a good set of head phones on your laptop or on a good theater system. You’ll hear more from either of those than from your computer speakers.
