For your individual Week 4 assignment, you are to begin your PowerPoint and Script for Narration. Review the PPT file: Project 330 Final Project Sample Recorded Powerpoint Presentation.pptx (Links to an external site.). It explains how to create a voiceover PowerPoint file. The template titled “Proj 330 Final Project Template.pptx” is laid out somewhat differently than the sample provided here. Be sure you follow the Final Project Template.
This Week: Submit your PPT template with the completed title page, you may add notes to your notes page if desired, but it is not required for the title slide. You can capture a unique cover image for your PowerPoint using the company logo if available.
Each of the following titles have been laid out in the presentation (ordered by week covered) you may begin populating any draft information you have for any of the sections. The presentation should have bullets and appropriate graphics, and always use the notes section for your narrative or script.
- CO1: Describe how your team will be managed—Chapters 1 and 2 (Week 1).
- CO2: Describe how your team can benefit from individual networks and utilize social capital—Chapter 11 (Week 4).
- CO3: Describe how you will lead a high-performing team—Chapters 3 and 5 (Week 2).
- CO4: Describe how you will build and maintain team cohesiveness and trust among your team—Chapter 4 (Week 3).
- CO5: Describe potential conflicts and how you will deal with them—Chapter 8 (Week 3).
- CO6: Describe your team decision-making process—Chapter 7 (Week 5).
- CO7: Describe how understanding personality types will contribute to improving team motivation—Chapters 10 and 12 (Week 7).
- CO8: Describe mental models and how that may impact team communication—Chapters 6 and 9 (Week 6).
