Share one of your SMART goals related to professional growth with a brief summary of your plan/steps to reach the goal. Review the courses you have taken during your Business Administration plan and comment on how your plan to reach the goal was enhanced by the knowledge you have gained. (I have already answered the SMART Goal questions and listed the BA courses I have taken. You just have to expand on the information and explain how my plan to reach the goal was enhanced by the knowledge I have gained). HERE IT IS:

My goal is to attain the SHRM-CP certification. In doing so, I will expand my scope within the HR field and bring new ideas to drive business success within my organization. I have been working in Human Resources for the past 10 years and this certification would demonstrate mastery of the competencies and knowledge most important to organizations. The exam window is flexible and the exam is affordable, making certification attainable. I have also joined a study group to help me prepare. Earning the SHRM credential would make me a recognized expert, a valuable asset to my organization and would set me apart from colleagues, proving a high level of knowledge and skills. I am currently scheduled to take the exam December 1, 2017.
